1. What shipping methods are available for coffee?
In most cases, we will try to ship your coffee via USPS priority mail. USPS priority has a stated estimate shipping time of 1-5 business days. To make sure your coffee is shipped in most efficient manner, we may use several carriers to ship our products. We take into the account the weight of package and its destination when selecting the best carrier.
IF you would like to place an order with faster shipping method (i.e. express), please contact email@example.com first, BEFORE you place an order online!
2. When will my coffee be shipped?
We do our best to ship your coffee ASAP! In most cases, your order will be shipped within one to two business days. However, this excludes weekends and holidays.
3. What is your return policy?
We want to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with our coffee. If you are not happy with our product in any way, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will do our best to get things squared away!
4. Is your coffee ground? Will you grind my coffee?
Yes! We do offer ground coffee (med coarse) for limited quantities. In order to keep its freshness, we do not however grind your coffee individually after you purchase whole beans bags.
5. Does your coffee have any additives in it?
NO, our coffee does not have any additives, artificial flavors, chemicals, boosts, or performance enhancers like common energy drinks do. Our coffee is NOT like typical energy drinks or wellness food products with additives. It really is just a great coffee blend, focusing on great flavor hopefully many people will enjoy!
6. Do you accept any international orders or shipping to PO boxes?

7. How do I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email to let you know with a tracking #.
8. Do you offer any free shipping, discounts or promotions??
We do offer free shipping on orders 5 or more bags. To get free shipping discounts, use SHIPPING code at the checkout. And find out other possible promos, discounts, deals…etc, please email at email@example.com BEFORE you place an order!
We frequently give out coupons and promos to our mailing list subscribers. In addition, please follow us on Facebook for more updates!
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept payments through Paypal and Stripe.
